Wulungarra Community School teaches and models the following values to develop students:

Respect
Students learn to treat people with respect to make the school community a nicer and safer place to live and learn.

Integrity
Teachers support students to develop the quality of being honest and to have strong moral principles in school and when out in their community. Students learned to do the right thing even when no one is watching.

Confidence
Students are supported to believe in themselves, admits their mistakes and learn from them.

Perseverance
Wulungarra students are taught to work towards their goal despite difficulties, failure or opposition.

Discipline
Students are taught to develop self control and learned to obey the school behaviour policy.
